Mr. Oregon earned his name when he tried to argue he did not need to take a drug test because he was in the State of Oregon where certain drugs were legal. This argument went on for several hearings and prevented him from seeing his son. After a very lengthy process, he reestablished visitation, only to loss it again. His excuses and assertions that none of it is his fault are epic.
